How do I book online? Is my booking guaranteed?

To make a booking, you will need to add your chosen props to your cart. On the checkout page, you will need to make a note of the location of the event and we will respond with the delivery fee.

Your booking is guaranteed after a deposit has been made to secure the event date. We require a deposit within 7 days.

 

Is there a minimum hire?

Our minimum for dry hire is $150.00
Our minimum for event styling is $450
The minimum for bridal and groom home styling is $700 each home

 

Is the deposit refundable?

Deposits are not refundable. We are happy to re book your event date should there be any issues.

 

When do you require final payment?

Final payment to be made on the week of the event. Payment can be made by cash or transfer.

 

Do we need to pay a bond?

We require a bond on certain items. Bonds are refundable when props have been picked up in a good condition. We understand some props may have wear and tear and this will be pointed out to the customer on the day of delivery.

Any damages or breakage to the props the customer will be invoiced or amount will be deducted from the bond.

 

Do you have a showroom?

Unfortunately, we are based online and do not have a showroom open to the public. If you would like to have a look at a specific prop we can arrange this with you.

 

What if I cant find what Iā€™m looking for on the website?

If you have a specific product that you are looking for and cannot find it on the website, please contact us to discuss.

 

When do you deliver and setup?

We will confirm a day and time on the week of your event. Delivery typically takes place 2 ā€“ 3 days prior to the event depending on other bookings. Pick up is the next day of the event.
At times, depending on how busy our schedule is, we may need to deliver after hours on weeknights.
